SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 375 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.5°N, 129.1°E) embedded in the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.
