SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "KIKO" (CHANTHU) was estimated based on all available data at 90 km East Northeast of Calayan, Cagayan (19.7°N, 122.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 215 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 265 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Western Visayas.
