SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "KIKO" (CHANTHU) was estimated based on all available data at 180 km East Northeast of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan or at 190 km East Southeast of Aparri, Cagayan (18.0°N, 123.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 215 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 265 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and Western Visayas.
