SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "KIKO" (CHANTHU) was estimated based on all available data at 290 km East of Casiguran, Aurora or at 340 km East Southeast of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (16.7°N, 124.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 230 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Western Visayas.
