SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "JOLINA" (CONSON) was estimated based on all available data at 125 km West Northwest of Iba, Zambales (15.8°N, 118.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 115 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h. Meanwhile, the center of the eye of Typhoon "KIKO" (CHANTHU) was estimated based on all available data at 800 km East of Baler, Aurora (15.5°N, 129.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 230 km/h. It is moving Westward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
