SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "JOLINA" (CONSON) was estimated based on all available data in the vicinity of General Emilio Aguinaldo, Cavite (14.2°N, 120.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 115 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 10 km/h. Meanwhile, the center of the eye of Typhoon "KIKO" (CHANTHU) was estimated based on all available data at 1,035 km East of Central Luzon (15.6°N, 131.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 215 km/h. It is moving West Southwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
