SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm "JOLINA" (CONSON) was estimated based on all available data over the coastal waters of Boac, Marinduque (13.4°N, 121.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 100 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 150 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h. Meanwhile, the center of the eye of Typhoon "KIKO" (CHANTHU) was estimated based on all available data at 1,195 km East of Central Luzon (16.3°N, 133.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It is moving Westward at 20 km/h. Moreover, Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
