SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 190 km West Southwest of Basco, Batanes (20.0°N, 120.2°E). Meanwhile, another LPA was estimated based on all available data at 465 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.3°N, 129.9°E).
