SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon "FABIAN" (IN-FA) was located based on all available data at 495 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (23.7°N, 125.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward slowly. Southwest Monsoon affecting the country.
