SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "EMONG" was estimated based on all available data at 205 km East of Calayan, Cagayan (19.6°N, 123.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness up to 70 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 45 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
