SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "EMONG" was estimated based on all available data at 575 km East of Casiguran, Aurora (16.8°N, 127.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness up to 70 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 40 km/h. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 375 km West of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro (13.7°N, 117.7°E).
