SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "Dante" {CHOI-WAN} (OUTSIDE PAR) was estimated based on all available data at 285 km Northwest of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte (19.7°N, 118.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northward at 20 km/h. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 690 km East of Legazpi City, Albay (12.9°N, 130.1°E).

Ilocos Region, Zambales and Bataan: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, TS Dante, Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains
