SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "Dante" {CHOI-WAN} was estimated based on all available data at 265 km West of Sinait, Ilocos Sur (17.6°N, 117.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h. Meanwhile, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 830 km East of Southern Luzon (13.8°N, 131.9°E).

Ilocos Region, Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro, and northern Palawan: Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, TS Dante, Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains
