SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "Dante" {CHOI-WAN} was estimated based on all available data at 25 km Southwest of Iba, Zambales (15.2°N, 119.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km/h. It is moving North Northwestward at 25 km/h. Meanwhile, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,135 km East of Southern Luzon (13.9°N, 134.7°E).
