SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "Dante" was estimated based on all available data at 835 km East of Mindanao (6.4°N, 132.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15 km/h.
