SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 am today, the center of Tropical Depression "Dante" was estimated based on all available data at 1,030 km East of Mindanao (6.1°N, 134.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 15km/h.
