SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Storm "CRISING" was estimated based on all available data at 230 km East of Davao City, Davao del Sur or 205 km Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.4°N, 127.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h.
