SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 120 km West of Coron, Palawan (12.1°N, 119.1°E). Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear Line) affecting the eastern sections of Northern and Central Luzon. Northeasterly Surface Windflow affecting Extreme Northern Luzon.
