SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 60 km South Southwest of Coron, Palawan (11.5°N, 119.9°E). Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear Line) affecting the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon. Northeasterly Surface Windflow affecting Northern Luzon.
