SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 15 km North of Cuyo, Palawan (11.0°N, 121.0°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon and eastern section of Central Luzon. Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear Line) affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
