SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 35 km West of Cuyo, Palawan (10.8°N, 120.7°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon and eastern section of Central Luzon. Tail-end of Frontal System (Shear Line) affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
